We're off the the Atherton Tablelands for the day. Leg of Lamb for dinner - how Aussie are we!
Just so you know Mum, UPPER CASE can be considered as yelling...not that anyone with spasmodic dysphonia can yell, but just thought I'd let you know in case you get comments from people asking why you're yelling.
See you Sunday.

G'da Maria. Really, really good to hear from you again. Thank you for your lovely comment. Together, we can explore our geographical world, our social world, and share our experiences of an often misunderstood disability in 'the world'. Cairns celebrations are in full swing. We have been out and about and going out again soon.
Sue.

G'da Megan. Have a great trip to the beautiful Atherton Tablelands. Darren and I went up there yesterday but forgot to take sweaters. Wasn't cold but certainly too cool for our 'keep cool' coastal gear. If you decide to stay ovenight, you will need a sheet or cotton cover to pull up while you sleep.

Lamb. Hmmm. Can smell it from here. Bit of mint sauce with it would be good. We are celebrating with fresh, local, sea food. Yummy, yum yum.

Sorry about the YELLING thing. Wonder if that contributed to my spasmodic dysphonia? According to the liturature it would not have. I seem to recall a bit of yelling 30 or 40 or a bit more years ago - occasionally, anyway!

In future, I will only yell when I want it to be HEARD FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!

'ave a good one, ay!

Love you. Mum. XX
