Corporate Angel Network of Australia is a registared charity working nationally to provide FREE air transport between home and treatment centre for cancer and leukaemia patients, bone marow donors and members of their families or carer.
The network liaises with hospitals and cancer and leukaemia support services right across Australia. This service does not provide travel for people who are entitled to government assisted travel and does not provide hospital to hospital transfers.
ALL patients travelling must have a Doctor's certificate of fitness to travel by air, must be ambulatory and be able to travel unaccompanied. All requests for assistance are from the hospital or support service. The Angel Network do not accept requests directly from the travellers or members of their family.
